Hello Jim:

We applaud you for using virtual tours! Despite all the reasons agents have for NOT ordering virtual tours, we strongly believe every listing/seller deserves a virtual tour on the Internet.... it is like having a for sale sign in the front yard of your listing. Most agents agree that every listing if possible, should have a for sale sign... sometime in the near future agents will change their thinking about virtual tours... some day having an Internet Virtual Tour on every listing will be as common as a lock box on a front door. If the on line photos short change them they will move on. 

WHAT MAKES BUYERS MOVE ON? Many Home Buyers report poor spelling in property descriptions and draw conclusions that agents can't spell!
