Oh, How cute is that house?!! I wish we had homes like that at that PRICE down here in Silver Spring, Maryland!

Debbie, We don't have many and hard to believe but this was the THIRD contract on this cute little house. Two others were fall throughs. Send your buyers over to Baltimore and have them commute.
