Nice post....it's important that you take care of yourself first.  If not, everything else will fail as it falls by the wayside.

Kevin, excellent advise for all of us.  It is so easy to get caught up in moving your business forward, especially when times are hard - that we forget that business would be better if we took the time to take care of ourself first...

Jared- Gotta do it!

Joanne- It's so easy to get caught up in everything, that we forget we'll function better if we feel better!  All the best!  -Kevin

Good morning Kevin-Thank you so much for this wonderful and inspirational video. I hadn't done this for years but I recently have started to do this. Your videos have been a help. This year I knew had to be different and so far it has been. Thank you for the wonderful inspiration. Have a blessed and happy day. :-)

Kathy-  That's sooo great to hear!  If you can, ADD THAT WALK!  I go up to a local beach quite often and just sit and listen!  All the best!  -Kevin

Kevin, it is so true and has a direct impact on how available I am to other people. I notice a direct impact on my success in life overall (physically, emotionally and spiritually) to my self-care or lack of it. I have to plan into my day on my calender what I am doing for me.

Kelly- I LOVE YOUR TERM "SELF CARE!" With your permission, I'd love to begin using that! We have to DECIDE to make the time, that's all it comes down to! All the best! -Kevin

Thank you for the reminder. I really like your way of thinking because it is so true. If we don't have control of our own lives, problems, etc. we will be no good to anybody else. The people who love us and need us need us to be healthy, happy, and mentally strong. Good video. Thank you.

Doug-  That's really the key!  If we are taking care of ourselves and hitting on all cylinders, just think how much more we bring to the table for everyone else!  All the best!  -Kevin

Great reminder Kevin. I go with my Mother once a month to her chemo treatments and that's usually the first think her oncologist asks her "What fun things have you been doing for yourself?" Imagine that connection - mental & physical. Just wish I could remember it for myself more often.
