OK, I got an email from a good friend of mine telling me that I needed to publish this post. Actually, I had to hold off this morning until we had conformation that all went through. Once I got the email, then I knew that all was done. So, here is the long awaited update. (Well, at least part of it)

If you look at my header, you will notice a change. Effective today, Home America Mortgage is no longer. We have merged in with Taylor, Bean, and Whitaker. In doing this, it has given Home America Mortgage more power as a direct lender than we had before. Instead of being able to lend in 9 states, we will now be able to lend in 45 states. As of now, we are still not sure what states we are a go in and what states we are not a go in. But, we will piece all that together and be able to help the people that need our help.

We are excited for the new changes as it opens many avenues for us as loan officers. With that said, this is but a piece of the update for this post. I am yet able to release the other information and it could be another month for that to come out. With that said, I will tell you that the other update has nothing to do with writing loans. It is more in the way of blogging.
