Hi Rich, Makes perfect sense to me to tell you the truth. They seem to have tested the dog specifically because it was going to be living near the front door. That would have been unbearable. Some of today's dog owners remind me of some of today's parents - they seem to think that their barking dog or screaming child bothers no one since they themselves have become deaf to the noise. I prefer dog unfriendly condos to avoid the problem.
