I wonder if anyone else besides me gets a mental block when it is time to write our ads. I feel like I have nothing new to say, and it has all been said before.  If anyone has any ideas or a site I may check out, please let me know. Thank you so much....

I like to write my ads at the house when taking the listing, of course, I never run out of anything to say.

We bought a book that has sample ads in it for houses of all kinds. We also find it useful to look online and see what verbiage is getting alot of hits. The word beautiful is hot right now.
