The Long Beach Kite Fest was sooo much fun. Wish you were there:-) We had a much needed rain the day before, though grateful, many of us were holding our breath for the annual kite flying event. Would we be rained out?

As you can see--we were gifted with a gloriously beautiful day. To top it off we had the perfect breeze for kite flying.
So many gifts all in one place, a day of respite, fun, thanksgiving, great weather, super music courtesy of DJ, Jeff D'Aluisio. Many thanks to the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce for their superb organization and promotion, to our neighbor, Pass Christian for its participation, and last but not least--
