Nashville Real Estate is feeling the effects of the U.S. economic slowdown.  We are currently ranked at #52 for foreclosures in the nations metro areas.  However, Tennessee as a whole is ranked at #12...with  Shelby County having the highest numbers of foreclosures.

Our home sales are slowing down...and weak land sales indicate a slowdown of new construction.

But, on the bright side - we are usually on the front end of recovery...so let's hope for quick economic turn around.
