That house looks like it has a very unique floor plan. Is the whole thing being redone?
Mona, we've renovated so many homes, this brings back memories. Nice after, is this one of your properties?
Looks like a big job. Can't wait to see the "after" or even the "middle" pictures. Are you doing this yourself?

Oh we have lots of kitchens that look like that in Hawaii. They're in homes priced under $1/4 million. I estimate there are a half dozen like that on the market in Kauai at this time.
Mona - Bruce and I have toured the home several times when we worked in the Greenville market and lived in Greenville. Has the brick been painted? I don't remember it looking quite like that. Good luck with the project!
