Thank you for the information here.  I use Point2Agent to syndicate my listings, however, I bookmarked your list for future use as well.

Okay, at the risk of sounding stupid, now that you have gien us the directories what do we do with them? Surely we cannot submit to all. There's not enough time in the day. Is there a way to automate syndication to these?

If only there was an autodistribution program out there that would syndicate to all those blog directories at once.

Gary- That's funny'cause I was going to recommend that you enter the blogcarnival and enter one of your posts under a category of motivation/inspiration.

Vickie- So then you would either outsource or make it an activity to do if you can find a 30 minute spot in the morning before your coffee, or a time during the evening while watching.  To be honest....I started submitting and am going to have my 11 year old daughter continue the process for me at an hourly rate:-)  I am confident she is going to do a bang up job.

Liz- Those are directories that you will submit your blog to for additional exposure, link love, google juice, audience.

The toolbox will continue to be filled at least once a week on this blog so look out:-)

Lynda- Awesome, give your blog a little link love while you are there.

Bob and Carolin- Don't let it take you away from the money work.  Outsource or at least do it in the pocket time, i.e, sipping coffee, t.v. time, etc.

Ryan- Yup it is all a work in progress, always:-)

John- Thank you for your hearty thanks.  I had to do this anyway for myself and my clients, so might as well share.  I combined many resources to make this list and then checked each site out, plus did a little searching on Google as well to see what was coming up first.  Some directories recently listed just were really dead, trafficked very little, or had died off and so I intentionally excluded them.

Tristan- Exactly right.

Robert- Well there are services that will ping to different directories/networks, but not all.  Ping.fm is one.

Alexsandra- Don't feel like you have to tackle the list all at once.  Choose a set amount/day if you don't outsource this task.,...AND turn on some great tunes or a podcast you've been meaning to listen to.

Scott- No research and pretty much just data entry.

Robert- <<<SMILE>>>- Don't be overwhelmed.

Barb- I appreciate you coming by and telling me that.

Missy- Good thought.  Roll with that.

Hi Larry,

Real-estate-blogs.com and realtyfeedsearch.com.

Each of these directories, though, has a section for real estate.  I wouldn't discount it just because it wasn't specifically real estate.  Think of the power all inclusive social networks like Twitter and Facebook have.

This is a great list! And thanks for the "outsourcing" love, too! This is exactly the type of project that an agent needs to do but should not handle him or herself.  It's an outsourceable project.

Rebecca, I'm late to the party but this list is huge! Are you suggesting submitting our listings? Or all out blogs? If you post on AR and submit to 30 sites, isn't that considered spamming? I know it's okay to do a few times per Matt Cutts, but he did mention 30-40 times being spamming. Thanks in advance for your insight :)

Sharon- This is submitting your RSS feed which is different than copying and pasting your blog's content.  It's like submitting your website to webdirectories.

Some popular blogging platforms ping the major directories, but I haven't seen an app. that pings this whole list and I checked all of these directories before I compiled the final list.  It was bigger but of course some directories have dropped off since then.

Sharon- On the right hand side margin of the A/R blog there is a RSS/2.0 button.  Click that and then the URL that appears in the address bar of your browser should be the RSS feed for your A/R blog.  Now you can take that and burn another one on feedburner or you can use another feed device.  I actually will be blogging about feeds before the end of the year, but for now you can follow those instructions and it will work.

Chris- You're welcome thanks for your kind words.

John- It's smart that you have a marketing manager.  Makes sense.  Glad to share.

Lori- No more wonders right? lol:)  you are very welcome thanks for reading.

John- You are so very welcome.  Glad to see you on my blog:)
