The Crystal Ball

What do you think of when you think of a crystal ball? Most of us think of the crystal ball as a gadget that sees into the future. All of us would like to have a crystal ball or even just have access to one. Can you imagine being able to predict the future or even know what's going to happen tomorrow? Unfortunately, none of us has a crystal ball. In the profession of real estate we often wish that we had a crystal ball to ask what the market will do or how long it will take to sell a listing or if anyone will show up at an open house. The only thing that we have to use are the statistics or what we call "the numbers" and our experience. Our Team has over 14 years of experience and we are on top of the numbers. We don't have the prized crystal ball, no one does.
