When moving to Beaufort, I looked high and low for a great community to call home. It's now a couple years later, and moving to Cat Island still feels like a great choice. Because I live here and know a bunch of the residents, it just made common sense to focus my real estate attention to this area. That being the case, I will try and blog about a new listing on Cat Island each week.
This week I am lucky to have one on my favorite homes to blog about. On Friday, 11 Governors Trace hit the Beaufort MLS at $535,000. Having been inside this house, I can tell you that for the price, won't find a better deal. There are many more things to rave about with this house but it may be the lot that sells this house. Situated on one of the most secluded lots in Olde Tabby Park, the lot is to die for. Across the street, the land is protected wetlands which will give the new homeowners peace and quiet.
