for their KENTUCKY HUD HOME properties in Kentucky.

New listings will be added on TUESDAY and FRIDAY

and re-listings will be added on WEDNESDAY and SUNDAY.

NEW GENERAL LISTINGS

The Tuesday New General Listings will have a 10 day owner occupant preference with the bid deadline on Thursday and the bids posted on Friday.

The Friday New General Listings will have a 10 day owner occupant preference with the bid deadline on Sunday and the bids posted on Monday.

RE-LISTINGS

The Wednesday Re-listings will have a 5 day owner occupant preference with the bid deadline on Sunday and the bids posted on Monday.

The Sunday Re-listings will have a 5 day owner occupant preference with the bid deadline on Thursday and the bids posted on Friday.

HI Keith, I think HUD is trying to get more Realtor® friendly. I see a few changes have taken place and hopefully will make it easier to deal with HUD transactions.

Ah, found another HUD home marketer. How is the HUD business in your area? We decided to create our own web site to advertise the homes we want to market.
