Profiles and an interesting observation

If I am looking to refe out I do read the profiles. Or if I read a group of interesting blogs I do read the profile to find out more

If its a consumer wanting to hire you I would bet they thoroughly read it!

I read the profiles because I am interested in gleaning what I can about different people.

I read 'em when I'm looking for a referral partner and I also read through the blog posts to make sure the person has some experience, knowledge and decent sense of humor with the integrity to keep the referrer posted.

I read 'em when I see interesting blog posts and I want to get a sense of who the person is (or, at least, on how they represent themselves to the world).

I also look at the sidebar.  Some are so cluttered up with googobs of widgets and ads that are all mis-sized and mostly irrelavent. Some are useful (like your Google map of Panama City) and the sidebars are neat (I like symetry).

So, I guess, for me the profile is more a part of the whole picture.  Important, though, especially your current Broker/Office inofrmation.

You better believe that I would be reading them when I am ready to send a referral. I am sure most of our profiles are written with the client in mind!

I read them to see if I would send that person a referral. 

I just like to look at the pretty pictures.  Men are visual, most of us only pretend to read.  That is why they have to put pictures on the drive through menus at fast food restaurants.  Dont tell the rest of the guys that i let the secret out.
