Donald - thank you for your comment and visiting an old blog. Short sales are so vast right now, it will pay to learn all you can about them and the process.

It is great you are looking forward to help. I just came out from a seminar about short sales and I think the short sale if they have not yet gone too far down the line is the best outcome. I think it is very important that you get trained for short sales because they are so different then a regular sale.

Keep your buyers listing open even after accepting an offer by protecting your seller when signin and sayiing acceting offers.

Janine ~ so true. Not a done deal until the lender accepts and the seller accepts what the lender accepted!!! Clear as mud. I hope that people will call sooner and give you more time to sell the property.
