Crying Out for a Home Inspection

Sometimes there are certain things we find during a home inspection that just "cries" out for our services.

Wow, that's interesting.

And I don't know what they are crying out for, and I don't think I want to know...

Joeseph, don't you hate it when the defects just aren't obvious?:)

I think I'd listen to the roof 1st :) Many repairs "cry out" for someone to notice, and good thing that's what you do :)

amazing whe you see a roof like that, inform the clients etc... and someone always asks you "how long before i have to replace?"... ummm Five years ago!
