BANKS, ETC) REQUIRE AN ADDENDUM TO BE SIGNED THAT IS USUALLY NON-NEGOTIABLE. THEY ARE WRITTEN TO THE BENEFIT OF THE SELLERS IN MOST CASES. PLEASE SPEAK WITH AN ATTORNEY ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS. I have COPIES of ADDENDUMS FOR YOU TO REVIEW THAT MY CLIENTS HAVE HAD TO REVIEW IN THE PAST. IN SOME INSTANCES AN ADDENDUM CAN BE 20 PAGES LONG. I HAVE SEEN OTHERS THAT ARE 13 PAGES.
