Writing a good advert can make all the difference.

Two very different "strategies" in play here - the first one reveals very little about the property in question. The second gives much more detail. The question is would either of them inspire you to pickup the phone or hit the contact form? Print media or online media I think if you take the time to write a quality ad it makes a huge differnece in the responce your going to get.  Agents need an opportunity to sell and if the phone does not ring then you've got a problem.

This one in Delray Beach would grab my attention, the ad copy is good although it does lack a call to action. They have used more photos and I think that is one of the best silent sales tools you have online. The best place to learn about writing a good ad is simply to look at what other people are doing, look at the best people in the industry and go to school on their methods. Put yourself in the postion of the buyer, what are you looking for when your browsing real estate ads?
