The 24th Annual Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards Banquet will be held March 28, 2009 by the Charlotte Builder's Association in Charlotte.

Wingfoot Building Group - Homes by Simonini has a very user friendly, appealing website.  It is a wonderful tool used by our financially strong building group to introduce its product to new clients and clients looking for custom and spec homes. It is very helpful for clients looking in Lake Norman, North Carolina, Rock Hill & Lake Wylie, South Carolina - attracting clients from diverse markets such Florida, New York and New Jersey from the website.

It has a special section for existing clients to log in on and view their custom home in various construction stages with photos, allowance, change orders, etc.  This is especially helpful for clients who do not live in the local area.
