hello everyone, my website Fliplocator.com is now beginning to take off!! im getting more and more people clicking it and looking around on it every day! For the month of febuary I am averaging 10,000 hits day! yeah!!!!! I need it to grow more though! So i am asking for the community of active rain to give me tips on what would make it better, or what would advertise it better?
any advice is good advice!

I would look at hubspot.com have them grade your site. If you use the free grader it will provide you with some great solutions.
There was a post last night about another site, sorry I cannot remember who also grades your website.
10,000 hits a day is quite admirable though.

Are you kidding? 10,000 hits a day and you need advice? Personally, I need your advice. I am not going to mention the amounts of hits I get a day because sometimes Google picks up the comments and posts them. I would be embarrassed. You are doing a great job. Congratulations.

Checked out your site. So now you've got 10,001 today... I guess since most of the material is a collection from other sources, you can't control what they list. In my area, I'm sure BoA has more than one foreclosure listing... Good luck!
Not really looking to make any money off of the website itself per say. I got fed up with other sites chargning monthly fees for things that should be free. So i went out and did it.
also, my goal for making money on the site is to build up a mssive investor list from across the country, then maybe potentiall i could use it in my own real world real estate ventures.

So what do you feel got you this far? I'd be over the moon with 10,000 hits per day. Interesting post about hubspot.com. I'll check into that.
