Most agents do not realize that what they are doing right now will affect their business in 90 days. So, if you are sitting around doing paperwork and not prospecting, you are going to feel it 90 days from now. In order to have a steady business and income you must be consistent with your prospecting and client follow up. If you feel that you are not doing what you need to do today to make sure that your business is steady, ask yourself the following questions:
1. Do you prospect daily for at least an hour?
2. Do you call your past clients monthly?
3. Do you ask your Sphere of Influence to help you build your business?
If you answered "no" to any of these questions then you most likely do not have a solid plan in place to ensure your success. By being dedicated to those things that will build your business such as prospecting and staying in touch with your past clients and sphere of influence, you will see the results of your efforts in higher production. I will implement a system that includes prospecting for at least one hour per day. I will be talking to my past clients on a monthly basis. The conversations I have with my sphere of influence will help to build my referral business. I will invest in the success of my business on a daily basis.
