What Realtors Can't Tell You!

...not because we don't want to, but because we're not allowed by law!

When I'm out with buyers, I'm almost always asked "Is this a safe neighborhood?" or "What's the crime like in this part of town?" or "Is the school system here good?"  The issue with answering these questions is 1) that I cannot be perceived as "steering" you towards a particular neighborhood and 2) quality is always in the eye of the beholder.
