Paul - I found your comment priced below assessment interesting ... are you refering to the assessment for taxation purposes .... if so is the assessment based on current market values or is it on a historic value ... if as in our case they use mass market valuation then the reality is that the assessed value may not reflect the true "Market Value" of the home as you and I understand it based on comparable homes.
