Just read your blog about putting up some listings via facebook. My website iStopOver is a similar service.
We deal with short-term, furnished office rentals, to help people find an office for a day, week or longer. Lots of offices have extra space, so we are trying to help people rent out their vacant conference rooms and cubicles.
To post listings is always free. We are planning to charge commission on any rentals completed through the website. This system is not in place and the service is completely free for the next 6 months. As long as you don`t approve any rentals (beyond that time) you will never be charged.
So in answer to your question if there is a service to help you list your places with no leg work, yes I can. I would be more than happy to set up as many listings as you`d like. We are a new site and looking for as much content as possible. If you send me some info about each I can create your listings and offer you free real-estate on the internet.
