I've Been Busy

It has been a fun week or so. Almost like a year or two ago except things appear to be a lot saner. I have one of my listings under agreement with good buyers and a nice agent named Al to work with. I have two offers on my restaurant and am presenting them today. I am working with a friend also a buyer to purchase some lots on which he want to build townhouses. We are meeting with the bank tomorrow and we are going to get the bucks. I also have two parties looking at my building in Emmaus.

On top of all the above the day is sunny and approaching 60. I can start thinking about my favorite past time golf. Unfortunately, Golf magazine is reporting more and more courses are closing. The game expanded in the 90's, probably too much and they are now charging a lot to play. On top of that, it has become a very popular game to the  point that in some areas a round takes 5.5 hours to play. This is about an hour over what had been normal. This is causing folks to stop playing. What a shame. I took up the game in the summer of 2000. Toughest game in the world. I am slowly getting better. I would like to be regularly in the 90's so that I will be able to score my age in 25 years. An occassional score in the 80's would be nice.

The beauty of the game, and there is a lot of beauty attaced with this game, is that you get to clear your head for a day. This allows you to go back and have a lot of busy days and operate in a clear and concise manner. This will give you a better life and make you a greater agent. Take some time as we cahnge seasons to smell the roses.
