I am real close to doing Video...not scared at all. Just need to get the camera and go for it.

Thanks Greg.  I'm constantly amazed by how much I don't know.  I'm a big champion of video.  In our office, we do what we call the "Monday Minutes" on video with office announcements, news, and info.  Our agents love it.  Entertainment and education all in one.  And as Patrick said "free".  I'm big on free, free, free.  Sometimes the cost of doing nothing is extremely expensive.  Grab a camera and go!

Hey Chuck and Matt, Thanks for the responses.... There is so much you can do for FREE and it really just takes getting over the learning curve which is usually not too bad :-) We are big fans of the FLIP camera...  It's a very inexpensive way to brake into video.... All the video's other than the ones done with my MAC are from my FLIP Video Camera. Here is a video I about it....  http://www.zipvo.com/Real_Estate_Video/023681   Please let me know if you have any questions, Thanks Greg

Greg,

Thank you for the information. Social media is amazing. I just got involved with a new type of technology as well. It is a mini CD that I put my listings on but the uniqueness of it is you can add hyperlinks back to your website the client then uses your search features for MLS if that particular house on your CD isn't a fit for them. I have used these at my open houses, networking events, listing presentations ect. I can put all kinds of information such as a link to the website for school reports, area information, ect. Great tool. If interested let me know. Thanks again for your tips.
