It's a bird , It's a plane, It's a SUPER-marketing in a big way. In these tough times now is not the time to pull in and hunker down, but to expand and grow. A time to use your strengths and get out there and show your marketplace why you should be there agent. When I saw this blimp fly over my office it reminded me of that fact. We need to be creative, inovative, and diligent. I strongly beleive that if we focus on customer service we will succeed 2009 and beyond. So pull out all the stops and be that SUPER realtor.

Hi Scott, you bring up a good point!  My particular Brokerage has a mandatory advertising fee and every year we have agents from each office (to represent their marketing area) and we decide how we are going to spend our money this year.  Some agents want to do away with the fee because business is slow.  Yet we are the only company advertising in our market.  Guess that tells the public that Prudential is still open!  And the fee is only $40
