Are you familiar with WalkScore.com?  The San Francisco condo we're buying ranks 98 out of a possible 100. Just what hikers and walkers like my husband and I are looking for (well, that plus the views, plus 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1-car parking, en suite laundry, modern kitchen and great design, all in a secure building less than 8 years old, with a pool, spa and gym no less!)
