Marketing your local "getaway" spots!

Real Estate Agent with Agapae Media & Marketing Solutions
I just created a video for my client Diane Silverberg. Diane is a fellow real estate agent who is dedicated to providing her audience with the latest technology via her website. Although I am not focusing my services on video, virtual tours are just as effective to market your local surroundings and less expensive to produce. Your real estate clients are not just looking for a home, they are looking for a community to live in. It's extremely important that you provide them with a look into the locations they are interested in! Stay tuned as I believe you will see more and more of this finally hit the Hudson Valley area. Take a look at my latest production for Diane.

Nicely done. The sound quality after 1 min is a little coarse. I guess you use the computer mic, right?

I try to always include neighborhood hot spots in my virtual tours - I haven't mastered videos yet.

Huiting: Thank you. Yes the audio voice over is a bit harsh. I used an Olympus digital recorder. I think I will try to find a Wi-Fi mic and see if that makes a difference.

Lise Howe: The videos are fun but definitely a lot more work than the virtual tours. I'm thankful that it hasn't taken off yet in my region so that I can invest in better equipment. I'd like to get an HD camera and go back to Mac/iMovie. You should give it a try, especially if video is being used in your area.
