RIVER PINES

The Homeowners Associations are a bunch of people who have nothing to do but harass residents and the manager is the worst ! I gave mine away just to get away from them, it would have been a nice place if not for them! I should have realized they were crazy when my wife and I had to be interviewed to see if We Fit!

BEWARE  associations are the Worst and this one is probably close to the TOP!

Also check out ALL the other fees that you have to pay monthly !!

River Pines is a great place to live.

Secluded and lush and maintained to the max.

There is no way you could build these townhomes today for less than $250,000 on the 95 acres of prime land where  the complex is located.

Take a look at the Google Earth shot of the area. Incredible.

There is no area like it in South Florida for the price.

Do yourself a favor and check out River Pines.

In response to comment #1.  I lived in River Pines for 13 years.  My overall experience was quite positive.  The association members for the most part work hard and attempt to make thsi community of 200 homes a pleasant place to live.  All communities of this type have an interview session for new residents.  Why does this bother you???  Maybe they should have looked at you closer and kept you out.  Please explain what you mean by "All the other monthly" fees?  The are association fees due quarterly that are low compared to other communities.  There are assesments from time to time but these are all checked out before commitment.  Yes massards have to be replaced, painting done etc.  All part of community living.

You sir are better off gone and you really need to get a life.
