Party in Seattle, June 2

Thats right Seattle. We know how to start off a month of partying! Here is the plan.

June 2nd. Magnolia Park Time is 1:00.

It is going to be a BBQ right there on the water front. Seeing as this is the home of ActiveRain, this is where most of us live. We voted on this location in a democratic fashion, meaning Matt didn't get his location because the rest of us wanted to see the water, not play softball.

I am asking that people RSVP here in the comments so I can get an idea of how many are coming so I know how much food we are going to need :) You can also tell me what you like to eat.

Don't forget... we get to sing happy birthday!

That is when I would LOVE to see your smiling faces!

What are we going to eat? We will be cooking up some hamburgers and hot dogs and some chicken. If you want something else thrown on a grill—feel free to bring it. We will also be providing drinks and a few sides.

I encourage you to bring something to share with each other!

If we all are having such a good time and are not ready to leave each others company, we will move the party somewhere else around sundown.

This sounds like a great opportunity to meet some of the other people you may only have been seeing online! Count me in for two! A good 'ol fashion BBQ sounds good! What can I do to help?

I'm in, although since it isn't being held at the place I voted for, I am going to be wearing my softball uniform and will bring my mitt. As in any great democracy, Matt and I will be playing catch in a demonstration against the tyranny of beautiful waterfront views!!!!

I sent an invite out to the RainCityGuide crew too, so I think we'll pick up a few attendees there. And Drew Meyers of Zillow told me he plans on attending.

I let our agents know about the AR gathering today. So far I have gotten 4 yes replies. I know there will be more. I'll try to get you a final tally sometime next week. Oh, btw, I drink Guinness Lydia, so if you could make sure there is an ample supply of that, I would appreciate it!!!!!

The low down is Ardell and Galen of RainCityGuide are game. I'm not sure, but I might be intimidated to meet Ardell in person :)

My partner Kim Harris and I will be there with a big batch of my famous pasta salad.

Problem is I have a job, because of AR, this weekend and cannot go.

I may hit the airport is sounds like fun. Melbourne is going to be to hot!

I will be attending. I will eat anything but sea food!
