The Wall Street Journal reports that the new home Tony Parker and Eva Longoria have been building in the Anaqua Springs development for the past few years is now complete and they are moving in.

The Parkers have listed their Stone Oak home located on Trophy Ridge in Champions Run with Liz Braden of Kuper Sotheby International Realty for $895,777. This seems to be a pretty good deal considering that the Bexar County Appraisal District valued the home at $1,004,390 last year.

The 5500 sf Mediterranean style Trophy Ridge home, set on .64 acres, has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and of course is in a gated community.  The listing states that the home has massive interior columns, window walls with recessed lighting, and soaring ceilings.  There is a pool, spa, Spurs sport court, and terraces.  To see more features, look at MLS #756654.
