Yesterday I closed on my first ActiveRain sale.  I had received an e-mail a few months ago from a seller who found me on ActiveRain.  After meeting with them I listed their home and after dozens of showings we finally got an acceptable offer on the home.  They were happy to have the home sold (now able to settle an estate) and I was thrilled to find new clients through ActiveRain.

Not only is this a great forum and network for real estate professionals, but it's a wonderful way for the public to learn about the services we offer.  What a great way to connect with people.  Thanks ActiveRain!
