I was just on Craiglist.com looking for a graphic designer when I came across this ad.  I thought it would fun to see Activerain's reaction to a company looking for bloggers/writers.

I have actually seen agents advertising for someone to do this for them....a blog writer....we may have some here on AR???

There is another site where there are a lot of requests for stuff like this too.  It's rentacoder.com.  A lot of it is for developing programs, but there is a fair share of blog and SEO stuff on there too.  And it's REALLY cheap!  I enjoy writing this stuff way too much for that, though.
