WOW!!!! March 3, 2009 Harris County Trustee sale even bigger than February!

I checked realdata.net I believe Monday and only saw 800 or so properties listed to be auctioned off.

I checked again this morning and....SHAZAM.......look at the number of homes posted on 2/10-2/11.

Wow that is a quite a bit of homes and properties.Your market must be hurting badly. My county has 63 on the books for march 3rd sale.

Actually, Houston is doing ok, all other things being equal. Your comment is interesting about the volume of foreclosures in your area.

I spoke with a reporter yesterday from the Corpus Christi Caller-Times who told me that in Nueces county sometimes the Trustees only had one property to sell. A completely different contrast than Harris County!

Do you pay for this website? I want to see apartments for sale (13). Thanks for email.

I don't subscribe to realdata.net. I think you might be able to purchase a single report of the apratment complex's notified in the next auction.
