Lucky - How is the real estate market holding up in the Quad Cities?

OUt of curosity, how much is this home? A home on that type of lot in my neighborhood in Chicago would be millions!

Things are HOT in Davenport, Iowa!!! Great Prices, Great Interest Rates, Great Opportunity!!!

Last year, my Real Estate Sales were up over 30% from 2007 and I closed over $10 Million!!!

Two closings last month, two closings this month, and slated for four next month!!!

Lucky - I am so glad to hear things are going well for you and that your sales are trending up! Yeah, I think we are supposed to get a little snow this weekend, but all the rain and warm weather earlier in the week we don't have any on the ground. I am ready to be done with winter (understatement of the year). Hey, we just hired a new sales person for Zillow who lives in Coralville, near your neck of the woods!

We were suppose to get 3"-4" but now they have downsized it to only 1"-2" which is perfectly fine with me! We don't have any left on the ground right now either........YEAH!!!

How many people are they looking for in Iowa? Is their end goal to have someone in every "big city"? Do you think that you will stay in Chicago or does Zillow have bigger plans for you elsewhere?

We have just one, and it is a unique situation. We do have sales people in NYC, Chicago, SFO and Seattle now. Maybe one day we'll get more sales people in more cities, but not in the near future I don't think.

Yeah, I'll stay in Chicago - UNLESS my husband can get a job in Chapel Hill/Raleigh, which is where I would love to move back to one day!
