Thanks for your comment and question.  When you say, "how do I feature my listing" are you asking what program I use to create the html coded flyer?  If so, I use RealEstateShows (which can be found at their website) - you can sign up and use it for free for 14 days before you buy - one of my Real Estate Agent clients bought it with a $25 discount she found - for a year, I think it is definitely worth it! 

I also put in my own coding into each flyer that I create with backlinks to the listing on my agent's personal website and to her MLS search page.

Hi Stephanie,

Yes, I'm "just" a VA!  ;O)  I've been hard at it since 2001 specifically for Realtors and Brokers and am known for my online marketing and listing coordination.  This includes such services as blogging (see above!), online advertising (oops, see above again!), website maintenance, MLS input/update, etc., There's more detail in my AR profile as to what I do (and also below in the link under my name).
