Lisa-I don't know what to say about the stimulus plan, seems to be better than nothing, but you never know what the side effects of what their plan is.  I do always enjoy the "Look" of your posts, I like the strcuture and layouts.

Many stats show that the pending sales are up, prices are low, and we are nearing bottom.   Like with stocks, if you buy in the bottom 10% of the price floor... you got a good deal!!  That time IS indeed now!
