Jerrill fishing on lake sinclair Having been in the real estate business for 17 years now I've had plenty of good and bad experiences with builders. There are some that I recommend and some that I recommend people avoid.

Jerrill Ewing of Ewing Homes, Inc. is in the I highly recommend list. In fact he's MY builder.

In 2006 I had outgrown my little office. I had agents sharing offices and stepping all over one another.

I took a blank sheet of paper and sketched out a new office space. I needed more offices for agents, I needed a large conference room, and I needed a roomy file room and I wanted a full kitchen, a seperate customer rest room and employee rest room and I really wanted a nice screened in porch. Jerrill made all of that happen including my nice screened in porch. Now my office was in a prime location and I didn't want to move locations. We're off the major highway just about a quarter of a mile. I have 1.75 acres here so I had room to grow, so Ewing Homes build my new office just behind the office we were currently using. So we had no "down" time. AND his crew never got in our way or in the way of clients. We went from:

This in the matter of a few short months. We doubled our space and we just love the new office. Jerrill helped me choose materials that will last even with the heavy use we give it. My flooring is fabulous and I got my screened porch. Many great ideas have been born right here on this screened porch, offers have been made and negotiated, closings have been celebrated and stressful days and showings have been unwound from at the end of the day. Prayers have been made. Our view is nice from back here.

Nancy Ewing, Jerrill's wife is one of the agents at Lane Realty. She's full time and one of these rocking chairs is hers.

Terri- I do jump up and leave that porch for clients, but it's hard to leave it for paperwork sometimes. And Jerrill was fabulous to work with. And he has been fabulous after the project was over as well.

Is that the only photograph you have of him, Tammy? Granted, I don't run into very many people who are hunters, but still. A bloody deer? Couldn't he have thrown a blanket over it or something? LOL. Okay Elizabeth, I hope you like the change. Fishing is more what we do on lake sinclair anyways. He had actually been in Canada on that hunting trip. I also have him with a bear. But fish does seem more appropriate. And it's his cute dog Brandy too.

Thanks for the compliment on the office. We just love it.

And Thanks Mandi- We certainly have picked up on walk in customers with the new office so the public must agree with you.

Oh, yeah, Tammy, the fish is MUCH better! And what a honkin' big fish. Are they all that big in Lake Sinclair or is that a small speciman? What's that dog doing -- hey, hey, I smell fish guts on your pant leg, can I lick it?

Elizabeth that's a fairly big bass from our lake, but he has caught bigger ones. And Brandy loves to go fishing with him. If he heads to the dock she is already in the boat.

Terry- I not only had a good experience with him as MY builder, but when his wife was still working in real estate in Atlanta and he started building on Lake Sinclair I also had great experiences with him as a broker. He is so easy to work with.
