San Diego County pet events

There are many events throughout San Diego County for pets, especially if you're wanting to adopt one. Here's some of them:

1. Third Annual Cupids and Canines Dog Adoption at Dunk 'n' Dogs Dog Wash, 3056 Clairemont Mesa Dr, Bay Park, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 15. There will be animals from 21 local adoption organizations. More information at sdshelters.com.
2. Puppy Support Group Workshop demonstrating how to prevent and manage undesirable puppy behavior. You can take your own puppy but it must be current on vaccines and under 16 weeks old. Cost is $35. 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 15, at the San Diego Human Society and SPCA main campus at 5500 Gaines St., San Diego. More information at 619-299-7021 x2273 or at sdhumane.org.
3. Cats and Kittens for Adoption, noon to 4:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 15-16, at PetSmart, 8657 Villa La Jolla Dr., La Jolla. Sponsored by Cat Adoption Service, sdcats.org.
4. Kittens for Adoption, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily at PetSmart, 1740 University Dr. in Vista. Sponsored by Baja Animal Sanctuary, bajaanimalsanctuary.org.
5. Kittens, Cats, and Dogs for Adoption, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 15, Ocean Waves Hair Salon, 1356 S. Mission Rd. in Fallbrook. Sponsored by Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary,
