My friend San Diego Real Estate Voice by William Johnson GRI CRS e-PRO sent me a hand blender for Christmas so I would be more inclined to make a healthy smoothie rather than run to Jack in the Box for a milkshake.
He gave me a recipe for a banana pineapple smoothie but we ended up making a banana strawberry one.
Our dog Shadow 'told' us how she felt about this smoothie making machine..............
Sally--Maybe Shadow doesn't like strawberries...Funny how the noise affects a pup isn't it?

Sally, My husband calls our hand blender "the boat motor" and our cats aren't too fond of it either. Rather than bark, though, they will likely hide under a chair and turn their backs on us until we are "forgiven."

Funny, Hutch - my dog- doesn't care about the blender, drills or blow dryer, but he is not making friends with the vacuum cleaner no matter what!! Cute video, dogs are the best!
Woo Hoo, Too funny. I hadn't thought of a Cuisinart as a hand blender but watching Gary seems to show that that is exactly what it is. Nice to know it is useful anyway. I love mine ans use it a lot. There are recipes on line, try the sorbet, by using the sugar substitute. I actually use my vitaMix for the sorbet but the hand blender should do it just as easily.
