So I am wondering, this is a pretty interesting sign to have on your front lawn. Now I think, ok this Seller obviously is motivated to the Seller and at the same time the Neighbor is going to be motivated to derail the Sale. So what is a Real Estate Professional to Do?

So who is Game to call on this For Sale by Owner Seller?

That's beautiful!  A great statement to the neighbor, but a huge turn off to potential buyers.  It looks like an opportunity to me!

Can you imagine the tension in that neighborhood.  I bet the neighbor starts putting up Rebel Flags!

I would definetely stop by just to find out what the "Story" is, and heck yeah I would go and try to get the listing.
