Wow...can't believe I am actually blogging something.

Anyways.....

 

How do you feel about Home Warranty plans....do you think this is a good thing in the buyer eyes? or that maybe the seller is actually getting this insurance for the buyers because they are trying to cover there a.., on a more serious latent defect of the home, or are they being sincere that they are purchasing this plan soley for the sake of goodness to the buyer?

Just a thought. Can anyone give me there opinion on this matter?

Who's George Tallabas?  In answer to your question, I think in the eye of the buyer, the Home Warranty plan is a good thing.  I'm a trusting sort, so I wouldn't think right off the bat that the seller was trying to cover up anything, but then......who knows?????
