Choose Your Weapon.... Are yours working for you?

Choosing your weapons to go to battle / war can be an important decision whether you survive or not. The same compariosn can be made with the weapons you have while on the streets and in the trenches trying to generate business.

Tools and equipment are not a luxury when it comes to showing customers your serious about what your going to do to help them get their offer accepted / house sold.

To beat your competitors these ideas must be taken seriously other wise you'll just be a casualty of war.

Thanks for the post and video Greg. It's a difficult time for many Realtors and many weapons while effective, are just too expensive. However, I use Zipvo, through the Real estate Shows.

Thanks for the comment Gary. Yes times are tough, we realize that. A lot of these tools are inexpensive like the FLIP Camera which you can get for about $125 and the Blackberry is cheap as long as you sign a contract. I think the question is, are Realtors ready to embrace change?

OK I now have the Flip Video, and I've taken a few video's, just need to sit down and take the time to make them work for me.

I think a smartphone is a necessity to do business. And I think embracing change is too
