I am currently authoring a short guide specifically aimed at mortgage bankers and brokers about social media and how to take advantage of the new opportunities online. As you may already know, one huge benefit of social media is the ability to get quick and direct feedback from your audience, so it only makes sense I ask those who may be interested in such a guide what type of information they'd like to read about.
So what's top of your priority to learn about in the social media space? Twitter? Blogging? Video? Maybe you're looking for guidance on how to effectively measure social media efforts?
