The final numbers are in for Real Estate in Waukesha County. The numbers for 2008 ended with 3,370 homes being sold. (as provided to the WRA by the Multiple Listing Service).
The median sales price is lower than it was in the past 3 years, and just above the prices in 2004.
What does this mean? It is a great time to buy a home!! It is a great time to sell and move up to a larger home!!
The number of sold homes was lower than in the past 10 years. The prices however, are higher than 10 years ago.... on par with the going prices in 2004.
