The Sping Home Show will take place this weekend at the Jackson County Fairgrounds, February 13^th, 14^th & 15^th.  The Jackson County Homebuilders Association puts on two of these shows each year. Although both the Spring and the Fall shows have a lot to offer, we are really looking forward to seeing what new and innovative products will be on display, like some great skylights. There will be several vendors that will be displaying their Eco-Friendly products and services this year, and we're still looking at fireplace inserts, since the City of Medford has an ordinance requiring the replacement upon sale of a home that has a fireplace insert that doesn't meet code.

People come to this show from Jackson County, Josephine County, Klamath County and Northern California to see the innovative products and ideas on display.

Stop by the Superior Windows & Doors booth which will be in the center on the main floor. If you ask for Roy or Jason (shown in photo), and tell them how you heard about him, they'll give you a card that will be good for a free appraisal up to a value of $400 to be credited to the holder upon the successful closing of a loan with Quality Home Loans, Inc. of Ashland Oregon on or before June 30, 2009.
