Well I had my first closing of the today yay! Let me tell you I it was defiantly earned every penny of that commission check.
This was one of the deals that seemed like nothing went right, whether it was the home inspection or dealing and arguing the offer. I have been working with these buyers since before Christmas and already had one contract fall through, over 1000 dollars difference in price. But now its over and lets hope I can have a few more real soon
