As many of you may have noticed by now, the sellers market everyone was happy to be a part of is over. It has been reported that there are now 6 homes currently for sale for every 1 buyer. This gives the buyer the edge now, in taking their time to shop and view alot of homes, and make offers on homes they once thought they could not afford. In addition, Foreclosures are rapidly rising due to the "Creative Financing" that has been going on for the past few years such as the 2 year ARM and interest only programs.
But do not fret if you are one of the unfortunate few that fell into this conundrum. There are still options available to you, especially if you take the bull by the horns well before it is time for the "Sheriff's Sale".
