Sunday was a low energy day for Flat Jonathan, Larry and kk.  After The Road Trip from Albuquerque, the three of us decided to take a low key tour of our office.  Afterwards we took in a few Denver sites.

Flat Jon wanted to sit on the step of the Colorado Capitol that is exactly One Mile High.  On the way there we enjoyed the lovely sunny day...finally.

I must say Flat Jonathan has been a wonderful guest. He is always happy with a smile on his face.  I did note however after a few hours of sight-seeing he began to yawn between smiles.  I figured two days of hangin' with us old folks was getting tiresome for him.  Understandably!

I knew it was time to spice up Flat Jonathan's visit, so I called Vali The Project Blogger Aprentice, who lives in NW Denver.  Vali was having a low key day too, but was delighted to share her day with Flat  Jon.

Just before we dropped him off, we watched Vali give Flat Jon skate boarding lessons.  You will enjoy this show too!

Of course you know Flat Jon and Vali got along great.  Vali has posted FJ's time visiting her here...

On Monday FJ left Denver and is bound for Kansas City...we shall be watching to see where he ends up.

FJ thanks for visiting us, we had a great time!

Kristal, so that is what Denver looks like without all that snow.  I have to give Flat Jonathan credit for being able to stay on that skate board with Vali :)

George ~  agree, it is amazing that Flat Jon is so good on a skateboard.  He said it was his first time.  Should we believe him or do you think he is a sandbagger?

Yes, the snow actually does melt.  I'm sure we'll have more, maybe tonight...

KK - Love reading about the adventures of FJ. He must be thrilled to not be there during the snow - water damage and all that. Although he might like skiing or snowboarding. Thanks for sharing - love the filmloops.

Jeff ~ I'm sure he would love to ride the snow.  Vali the Apprentice will have to take him...let's wait and see what they do!

The filmloops are a cinch.  Try it out, you will love them!

Margaret ~ That is art located in front of the new Art Museum Annex.  It is called, BIG SWEEP by Coosje van Bruggen and Claes Oldenberg.  Done in painted aluminum.  I love it too. The photo show is so easy to put together.  It's nice to have in embedded in the post, beats having to click a link...

Ed ~ That skateboarder is NOT me! :)

Michele ~ I think FJ had a good time, he's in better shape than FC that's for sure!

Benjamin ~ Glad to hear you are getting good ideas.  Skate boarding or blogging!

janeAnne ~ We will have to let someone else do the Ghost Town.  Marianne gets one of the flat boys next week, perhaps she will take him to Cripple Creek or something nearby.  CC is not exactly a ghost town anymore.

Margaret ~ FJ and I went to shopping in several business stores before we located a proper stand for him.  Double sided tape worked sometimes.  Did you visit Vali has posted FJ's time visiting her here... ?  FJ is fantastic at yoga!
